Jen Bumgarner

Jen Bumgarner, a certified instructor with the Royal Academy of Dance, brings over twenty-five years of experience in ballet to her teaching. Her journey began in New Hampshire, where she trained under the guidance of Dee Kerri and Matt Mattox. Throughout her career, she has participated in various programs across the United States, expanding her knowledge and skills.
In 2011, Jen achieved her ballet teaching certification from the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance in London, England. This certification, along with her registration as a ballet teacher with the RAD, showcases her expertise and commitment to the art form. Additionally, she holds certifications in Rombert Grades, Progressing Ballet Technique, and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Furthermore, she has studied Exercise Science at Georgia State University, further enhancing her understanding of the human body and its movement.
Currently, Jen serves as a co-director at The Royal Dance Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, she has played a vital part in the development and management of a highly successful competitive program, where she coaches and mentors elite pre-professional dancers. Her dedication and expertise have contributed to the growth and success of these aspiring dancers.
